Energy work

In addition to my psychotherapeutic work, I offer energy work using the Emotion Code™, Body Code™, and Belief Code™ developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. These methods provide a complementary approach to addressing emotional burdens, inner beliefs, and personal well-being. Sometimes we experience feelings, reactions, or recurring patterns that are difficult to categorize. We feel internally blocked, react similarly in certain situations, or sense that something is troubling us without being able to pinpoint exactly what it is. Energy work offers a framework for mindfully exploring such issues and gaining new perspectives on our own experiences.

Individually and attentively accompanied

Every person brings their own story and personal experiences. Therefore, I tailor my energy work to each individual, focusing on your specific concerns and needs. My experience as a psychotherapist specializing in trauma informs my mindful and resource-oriented approach. It's important to me to create a space where you can explore your experiences without feeling pressured. Your autonomy, your boundaries, and your personal pace are paramount.

Energy work can be of interest to people who wish to explore emotional issues, inner beliefs, and their personal well-being, either as a complement to or independent of psychotherapy.

Energy work is not a scientifically recognized treatment and does not replace prescribed psychotherapy. It is not covered by health insurance.

Emotion Code ™

The Emotion Code ™ focuses on emotional experiences and feelings that, according to this approach, may be stored in the body. The goal of the work is to consciously perceive such emotional issues and process them using the method. This can lead to a new understanding of one's own feelings and experiences.

Body Code ™

The Body Code ™ is a more comprehensive approach that incorporates various aspects of physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Its focus is on identifying potential imbalances that, according to the Body Code model, can affect personal well-being. This method is intended as a complementary approach to self-awareness and does not replace medical evaluation or treatment.

Belief Code ™

The Belief Code™ addresses limiting beliefs and inner belief patterns that can shape our self-image, our relationships, and our decisions. These include beliefs such as "I am not good enough," "I have to do everything alone," or "I mustn't show weakness." The goal is to recognize such patterns, reflect on their potential significance, and work toward resolving them within the framework of the method.
